No internet (hotspot) connection
If you don't have an Internet connection, common causes include the following
Wi-Fi frequency setting problem
A 2.4GHz band Wi-Fi connection is required for Mstick1 and IAN-10 products. Please check the frequency of the hotspot on your smartphone.
Go to Settings (smartphone) → Connections → Mobile hotspot and tethering → Mobile hotspot → Settings → Choose Band → Save
Network security issues
A network setting or security issue may be causing the problem. Please check the settings of the mobile hotspot.
① Go to Settings (smartphone) → Connections → Mobile hotspot and tethering → Mobile hotspot → Settings → Advanced (see below Security section)
② Set Security to "WPA2-Personal" → Switch Off Hidden network → Save
Smartphone or router problem
There may be a problem with your smartphone or router. Please check if you can connect to the Internet using another smartphone or router
Hotspot or tethering issues
Network data usage may have exceeded the limit. Please check with your carrier's customer service department.
